Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Surf’s Hub. By booking a stay, activity, or package with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, and feel free to contact us if anything is unclear.

1. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Your reservation is confirmed only after we receive the deposit and send a confirmation email.

  • The remaining balance must be settled upon arrival unless stated otherwise.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • More than 30 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit.

  • 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.

  • Less than 15 days before arrival: deposit is non-refundable.

  • No-show or early departure: no refund.

If you need to modify your dates, we’ll do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.

3. Accommodation Rules

To keep the house comfortable and welcoming for everyone:

  • Respect quiet hours after 11 PM.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Visitors are not allowed inside rooms without prior approval from staff.
  • Any damages to the property may result in repair or replacement fees.

4. Activities & Safety

Surf lessons, trips, and activities involve physical effort and natural conditions.
By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • You join activities at your own risk.

  • You must follow the instructions of instructors and staff at all times.

  • Surf’s Hub is not responsible for personal injuries resulting from negligence, lack of experience, or ignoring safety guidelines.

We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical care, accidents, and personal belongings.

5. Personal Belongings

  • We provide personal lockers for each guest.
  • Surf’s Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings left in rooms, common areas, or during activities.

6. Packages & Inclusions

Package details may change depending on:

  • Weather conditions

  • Instructor availability

  • Group schedules

If an activity must be rescheduled or replaced, we’ll always offer the closest available alternative.

7. Yoga Lessons for Long Stays

Guests staying 10 nights or more receive free yoga sessions, with the number of sessions depending on their stay duration.
These sessions cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

8. Photos & Media

During your stay, we may take photos or videos for promotional use (website, social media, brochures).
If you prefer not to appear in any media, simply inform our team.

9. Behavior & Respect

Surf’s Hub is a peaceful, friendly space.
We reserve the right to cancel a booking or ask a guest to leave immediately (without refund) in cases of:

  • Aggressive or disrespectful behavior

  • Endangering other guests or staff

  • Causing repeated disturbances

10. Liability

Surf’s Hub cannot be held liable for:

  • Injuries during surf lessons, trips, yoga, or any physical activity

  • Weather conditions

  • Delays or cancellations caused by external factors

  • Loss or damage to personal items

By staying with us, you accept full responsibility for your actions during your stay.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco.
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Moroccan jurisdiction.
